Living with HIV&AIDS

HIV/AIDS a once known as an international epidemic which has lead the death of millions is now a manageable chronic illness that many can live with in a healthy way but is it as easy to just cope without any information about it and medical help no. Most people in some regions of the world still believe the myth that HIV was created as a virus to be used in population control but these myths continue to mislead people from seeking proper medical care, it is the modern ways that has lead people to believe the once threatning disease could be seen as treatable condition in which many can live long healthy lives.

Eating Healthy

One of the ways to keeping it undercontrol and ensure the strength of the immune system is to eat a healthy balanced diet. Reason to this is that the HI virus is a virus that simply does three things and that is it mimics the T-cells and disguise itself as a healthy cell that will target the human T-cells which is the cells responsible in your body to protect against illnesses and protect the human immune system, but once one has been immuno compromised the HIV itself will not be killing you but progresses to a state called AIDS were it is the most severe form of the desease if left untreated, which will in turn open path ways so that other malicious virus can come in a destroy you with It. IT also triggers certain conditions that have been lying doormat in the system. To fight this one must eat a well healthy balanced diet , which contains proteins, nutrients, vitamins A,B and C which are essential in the strength of the body.

Toxic Substances and their health threat

Once a person is exposed to the virus it is highly recommended that one ceases toxic habits and control others. Smoking on a normal persons immune system does alot of damage as it contains toxic substances that when burned and are inhaled into the lungs can lead to extreme health conditions such as pneumonic, chronic bronchitis, asthma and TB** which is common amongst immune compromised patients. Avoiding or if possible stopping smoking can present you with a whole lot of health benefits that will count in the importance of your health. Controlled drinking of alcohol is advised as per say not drinking at all will be a plus on the health side as no liver damage is caused by alcohol which can lead to many conditions even death as a result of a non working liver.
